The Old Street scheme replaces a 1950s’ office building in an area that boasts an eclectic collection of old and new, featuring a real mix of design, materials and ornament. The building takes on a more elegant form than its predecessor with a slim profile that complements the new developments springing up in and around the area. While the façade, composed using a delicate material quality, helps to set it apart.

The scheme includes retail at ground floor which helps to create an active street scene and draws people in through the building. Contemporary workspace is housed on the upper levels.

Old Street will complete in 2023.
